Chef Brent Sick loves to entertain, and comes to the event offering over 20 years of culinary experience.  Trained at the Pennsylvania International Culinary Institute, Chef Brent has a passion for French, Spanish, Italian, Mediterranean, Dutch & Oriental Cuisine.  Chef Brent's impressive career has led him to be EXECUTIVE CHEF of the following iconic restaurants:

• Rosa Mexicano, Washington D.C.

• Del Frisco's Grille, Washington D.C.

• Fig & Olive, West Hollywood

 

In 2019 and 2020 Chef Brent and Matthew had the pleasure to partner in West Hollywood at Fig & Olive.  This special venue was built to service the Hollywood market, and together they had the pleasure to work with the 2019 Grammys, 2019 Emmy's, & 2020 Oscars (see Matthew's client list for additional client info).
