PLANNING SERVICES, $700.

  • Up to ten 90min calls, web conferences, or in-person meetings at our Mission Valley office with Matthew. 

  • Unlimited email and/or text exchanges between the couple and Matthew.

  • Matthew will connect with reception venue and reception vendors to ensure timeline and set up is in order.

  • Preparation of "Wedding Day Deck", a PDF that outlines:

    • Day of Itinerary - Vendor contact information and services, schedule of events for the wedding day to share with the wedding party and  VIP guests, & vendors schedule including set up/break down details.

    • Décor Plan - A fantastic resource for anyone helping with décor.  

    • Ceremony Itinerary - This the Ceremony Timeline, Processional Order Outline, and Ceremony Guest of Honor Seating Plan in the form of a PDF deck.

    • Reception Itinerary - Reception Run Of Show/Timeline - Cocktail Hour Details, Special Introductions, Meal Service, Speeches, Dances, Cake Cutting, ect. in the form of a PDF deck.

  • Matthew will connect with all vendors the week of the wedding for final confirmation on details and timeline items.  "Wedding Day Deck" and will be shared with all vendors.

  • Additional Planning Services available to add to package:

    • Planning of reception layout and seating chart - $100​

    • ​Creation of printed items for wedding reception (menu's, place cards, ect)

"DAY-OF SERVICES" AVAILABLE TO ADD AT $1800.  THIS INCLUDES:

  • Matthew on-site the day of the wedding to work with all vendors and oversee execution of all items listed above.

  • Day of Service Fee also includes planning of reception layout and seating chart.
